GoodHabitz is a leading online training platform designed to enable and engage employees to develop their personal development and soft skills.
We offer a wide range of courses on subjects ranging from Ethics, Diversity, Kicking Social Media, Mindfulness, Stress management and language skills.
Our courses are designed to be engaging, fun and practical and can be used on all devices from laptop, tablet and mobile.
We always allocate one of our experienced Coaches to all our clients – their role is to drive maximum engagement with employees through communications and integrate our courses into HR processes and train managers.
How has GoodHabitz improved population health in the UK?
Our philosophy is that a happy and content workforce is a productive and engaged workforce. Our courses are designed to tackle many of the challenges that employees face in their daily lives that may impact on their work. What has been your greatest achievement to date?
GoodHabitz was founded in 2011. We have over 700 clients across Europe and provide our platform on an annual subscription basis and achieve a 97% repeat rate on an annual basis. We must be doing something right!
How many organisations/clients currently utilise the service/solution across the UK?
GoodHabitz operates across Europe, including the UK. Many of our clients operate in multiple countries. We have over 700 clients with over 6 million courses completed and 2.6m hours studied. Our largest sector is healthcare and we also work for public sector organisations and corporate clients including PwC, BDO, Toshiba and VW.
Is there anything you would like to make delegates aware of ahead of the HiAP 2019 conference on 1 May?
Our content is always well received when we demonstrate it – we would welcome the chance to show delegates and take their questions.
