Dementia 2020 - Partner Profile - EasyWeb Group

Who are EasyWeb Group?

EasyWeb Group is a recruitment company based in the heart of rural Northamptonshire. Since 2005, we’ve grown from offering a flat-fee recruitment service to providing a range of services to Recruitment & HR departments throughout the UK.

From our easy-to-use and great value Applicant Tracking System to our range of candidate attraction services and free Employee Engagement Survey tool, we want to help clients find the best solution for them, regardless of their budget.

Care and Not-For-Profit organisations have always required a bespoke level of service, so our EasyWeb NFP division is dedicated to providing the best practice solutions to these sectors. Our clients in the care sector include: Alzheimer's Society, Care in Mind and Tunstall Healthcare.

How has EasyWeb Group improved dementia care in the UK?

We’ve proudly supported a number of care organisations over the years but we think our most impactful partnership has been with Alzheimer’s Society. We’ve been supporting their recruitment process for the past 4 years and in that period dramatically increased the quality and quantity of candidates they receive, placing candidates in multiple roles across every part of Alzheimer’s Society - including those more difficult to fill, specialised skill-set roles. This has allowed Alzheimer’s Society to continue their influence in the world of dementia care by providing them with the best quality people around, whose interests in delivering quality dementia care & research lay in the heart of what they do.

Partnering with Alzheimer’s Society in this way has also allowed their recruitment team to spend less time sifting through CVs and spreadsheets and focusing on wider targets for the organisation.

What has been your greatest achievement to date? And were there any measurable outcomes that accompanied this achievement?

Following the long term successes we’ve had from working with organisations who focus on care and support sectors, we decided to launch our own low cost recruitment package for this industry.

We’ve spent the past 14 years learning the common recruitment struggles recruiters in the Care industry face. From this, we’ve been able to develop bespoke recruitment services that tackle these challenges head on, ensuring we’re maximising clients’ application & hire results coordinated with the limited recruitment budgets most Care organisations are restricted to.Launched in 2016, our Care & Support recruitment package reaches the most relevant candidates by optimising job adverts on job boards with the best results for the sector and streamlining application methods in line with CQC’s recruitment requirements.

How many organisations/clients currently utilise the service/solution over the UK?

We’re proud to provide our Application Tracking System to over 240 long-term clients across the UK, with 10% of these being in the Care & NFP sectors.

In total, we’re currently in partnership with 46 Care & NFP organisations - some who use just one of our services and others who combine our services to maximise results. Since 2009, we’ve offered free online recruitment training to UK organisations, helping them to direct source relevant candidates & develop their personal recruiting skills. We’ve trained over 209 Care companies.

Is there anything you’d like to make delegates aware of ahead of the Dementia 2020 conference on 30th April?

We’re all about giving away knowledge for free. Why not think about what your biggest recruitment struggles are at the minute & come and speak to us on the day? Whether you’re struggling with budget, where to advertise, retaining staff or getting more relevant applicants. More likely than not your problem is not an isolated incident and we’ve probably helped someone in a similar situation before. P.S We’re also offering all attendees a (no strings attached) 6-month free trial of our ATS or 3 care recruitment campaigns for £499.

What do you feel are the key points delegates need to digest when considering a partnership with EasyWeb Group?

When we partner with our clients, we take time to understand their struggles and needs to make sure we can tailor our services to their individual requirements & situation. This helps us develop long term relationships built on honesty and dedication to save our clients money, time & administration.
